Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- Return Criteria:
- If a customer returns 75% or more of the purchased products due to taste issues, quality concerns, or any other valid reason, we will:
- Return the full amount paid for the products, or
- Replace the returned products with items of equivalent value, based on the customer’s preference.

- Time Frame for Returns:
- All returns or replacement requests must be initiated within 12 hours of the purchase date to the specific shop.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable).
- Refund or Replacement Process:
- Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will process the refund or initiate the replacement.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 3 business days.
- Exceptions:
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or negligence will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Certain perishable goods may have limited return options based on health and safety guidelines.
